… Llandyrnog village is about 3 miles away, has a post office, village shop and butcher.  The towns of Ruthin, Denbigh (6 and 5 miles) have reasonable day to day shopping facilities whilst Mold has bigger and more comprehensive facilities (8 miles) . Mold has a 30 stall market on Wednesday and Saturday.

Depending on the time of year, there are often opportunities to help Peter as he works on the farm, joining in with the lambing, haymaking and feeding!
